“I would like to compliment your company, for the excellent service provided. They exceeded my expectations by diagnosing and repairing all issues promptly. At pick up the mechanic mentioned a few minor things that also needed attention. We are fixing up an older pickup so that information was very helpful and appreciated! Definitely recommend Brights for your transmission troubles. Fair and honest work.”

Additionally, after they diagnosed my car and I chose not to have it repaired, they worked with me allowing me to leave my car with them for several days while I was out of town. “Quick service. I needed a complete rebuild for my transmission. They were able to start the repair same day as opposed to 'getting in line'. Honest pricing! Knowledgeable advice regarding my options on a separately different vehicle/possible replacement. Saved me from a HEADACE and ended up not purchasing the other vehicle based on their prior expirence with that particular make and model. Thankful for their help. I'll be a return customer for sure!”

“Great! Took my car there for suspected transmission problems. They took their time to thoroughly check it out then recommended that I take it to a dealer for a suspected electrical problem. When I asked how much I owed them it was nothing! No charge for diagnostics. I was very impressed with them because they were so honest and took their time to explain why they had come to their conclusion. They could have gone ahead and told me I needed a lot of expensive (and needless) work done, but they treated me with ethics. I would recommend them to anyone and will return to them if the need ever arises.”

I have used these folks for over 30 years for my business fleet of trucks so I had the car towed here for a rebuild at half the cost. Even better - they called me a day later and said the transmission was fine. It was the axle that 'popped' out of place. They were extremely pleasant, kind, and fair to work with. I was very pleased.”

“I just wanted to give credit to Bright's Transmission for being one of the good guys. We have never been mislead or sold anything we didn't need. Out of three cars I had Bright's check in the past only one truly needed a transmission. The other two got a thumbs up and that was it. One of the cars I got a thumbs up on was taken to another shop prior to going to Bright's and I was told I need a $2,300.00 transmission rebuild. Bright's looked at the same car after and said I needed to have a mount replaced. I replaced the mount and the problem was solved. Honesty and good customer service mean something to me. If you don't want to get cheated go see these good folks. I spent $120.00 changing a mount vs $2,3000.00. You do the math.”

They completed the work quickly and slightly UNDER the quoted estimate. My car seems to be running as well or better than when new.I definitely would recommend them for any transmission work.”
